Refund policy

If you have not attended any class, and have not received any lecture PDF or class recording, you get your full fee back (100%). Tell us in writing — by WhatsApp or email — and the refund is made one week after we receive your request.

If you have attended some classes, up to 50% of the fee may be refunded, depending on the situation. Tell us why you need to stop and we will tell you the amount.

A seat that was reserved but never paid for needs no refund: the reservation simply lapses.

To ask for a refund, message us on WhatsApp at +8801819530310 or email infoglca07@gmail.com with your name, your course and your payment's transaction ID. We will agree with you how the money is sent back.
