Privacy policy

This explains what Global Language and Career Academy (GLCA) keeps about you and why.

What we keep. Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account; the courses you book; the payment details you send us (method, sender number, transaction ID, amount); your exam results and certificates; and anything you write to us through the contact form.

Why. To hold and confirm your seat, check your payment, issue invoices and certificates, and contact you about your course.

Who sees it. GLCA's staff. Signing in is handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider. If you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment gateway and your card or wallet details never reach us. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Certificates. Anyone with a certificate's ID can check it on this website. The check shows the name on the certificate, the course and the date.

How long. We keep payment records, invoices and certificates for as long as we need them for our accounts and for certificate checks.

Your choices. You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing infoglca07@gmail.com.

Cookies. We use one cookie to remember your language, and, when you sign in, the cookies that keep you signed in. We use no advertising cookies.
